As a company grows These days we travel, so bicentennial in crisis, polarized, with questions and uncertainties in my beloved country, I suppose, in other emerging countries, where one seeks answers and becomes a mercenary in search of certainties (in business in this case), I find to the title question: How is growing a company from the inside?
guess the attitude is fundamental to this as for so many things. No attitude, no action, without action there is no movement, no movement will not move forward or backward (the legs do not walk, will never come).
attitude not only is the
learning, continuous improvement of our actions, the constant reconsideration of our decisions, seeking change slowly but surely. As I read the blog of CEO Dattatec, it is "always

I think for that reason and to achieve synergy of movement, that movement
