MORENO has hosted the PRE-CONGRESS LATINOAMERICANO of microcredit

Government Secretary Patricia Jorge the municipality of Moreno addressed the audience, "We are delighted that Moreno is one of the sites selected for this Pre-Congress" who also said he looks forward to the Congress because "it is a qualitative where various organizations will to continue building as key actors of the Nation ".
Alberto Gandy pointed organizations across the country decided that "Moren should be the venue for this Pre-Congress, as it is the best experience we have to show."
