This time I wanted to talk about Chatrulette .
This is a chat tool based on randomness. On this site you can enter a video, a chat with anyone.

Chatrulette uses Adobe Flash to display the webcam. Flash P2P network enables almost all sequences video and audio travel directly between users' computers without using the bandwidth of the server. The site is supported by advertising an online dating service. It is a simple, minimalist site.
Users must be over 16 years and is prohibited pornographic behavior (although it abounds). Users who are experiencing harassment or witnesses of illegal, immoral or pornographic can 'report' to the author. After three complaints about the same participant in five minutes the user is blocked for a period of 10 to 40 minutes.
