One of the main objectives of a computer project is the feedback, not only the system but also the very process of development or implementation, a task force that draws from their successes and failures is a Working Team continuous improvement. A useful tool for retrospective, feedback and continuous improvement is one that arises from Scrum, Retrospective Estrella de Mar (Starfish Retrospective).
The Retrospective Starfish is a board divided into 5 equal parts or categories that contain suggestions of individual members of the Task Force in order to improve the experience.
In my opinion, this method has three major virtues, on the one hand, is graphical, which is easy to interpret and understand, the human being is primarily visual (as in 'a picture is worth a thousand words' is not merely a whim), on the other hand, split the back in 5 choices, perfect binary model advantages and disadvantages. Hagamos un breve recorrido por cada una de las categories:
